Change Your Contact Information
Three convenient ways to update your contact information
1. Online (Self-service)
This option allows you to update your information in real-time via your online account.
- Log into www.acs.org using your ACS ID (username and password).
- Access My Account through the dropdown menu beside your name in the top header.
- Update your password, email address, phone and fax numbers, and/or addresses.
If you encounter any problem, please email or call our Membership Services team (see below).
2. Email Membership Services
Send us an email at service@acs.org. Our team will update your information.
In the email, include:
- Your name
- Your member or customer number, if available
- The change you would like to make
3. Call Membership Services
