Speaker Barbara Nelson, Teacher - Barbara Nelson has a B.S. in biology and a M.S. in genetics from the University of Washington. She has been teaching chemistry in Idaho for 24 years. Her passion is project-based learning because she believes that students learn best when they understand the relevance of what they are learning. For fun, she enjoys running and spending time with family.
